Pick Up Time Window and Delay Information

Please note that WM has a general pick up window of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to pick up the trash and recycling. If they did not pick it up in the morning or earlier in the day, there is still a possibility that they will be arriving before 7 p.m. In the event they miss a pick up for your trash or recycling, we recommend that residents contact Juli Asbridge at jasbridge@meadowslink.com or 303-814-2358 to report the missed pick up.

Additionally, WM occasionally experiences delays with pick ups, which can be due to a variety of reasons. If you would like to be notified of delays directly from WM, residents can sign up for this service by calling their Customer Service line at (303) 797-1600, going through the prompts, then requesting the service from a representative. When contacting Customer Service, please provide your community name (Meadows Neighborhood Company) and home address. You will also need to tell them specifically that you would like to add your contact information so that you can be alerted when service delays occur.

Place your containers in the street against the curb, and NOT on the sidewalk.

ARC Guidelines Regarding Trash

a) Garbage and recycling bins are provided by the MNC’s trash/recycling vendor.

b) Times: Garbage bins may be placed out for pickup no sooner than the evening before the scheduled pick up day. Bins should be out by the           curb no later than 7 a.m. on pick up days to ensure they are collected. Bins must be removed and properly stored by the end of the scheduled
     pick up day.

c) Placement: Bins are to be placed at the curb with wheels against the curb; not on sidewalks.

d) Capacity: All trash and recycling must be placed inside the bins. Additional trash bags and other items are not allowed to be stacked next to
the bins. The lids should be able to close to prevent debris from blowing out of the bins.

e) Storage: Bins must be stored out of site while looking at the front of the home from the street. This generally requires the resident to place the      bins in their garage, behind their home, or behind a fence.

                                                                         HOA Covenant Regarding Trash Restrictions

In accordance with Section 9.7 "Restrictions on Garbage and Trash" of the Community Declaration, trash containers are to be placed the morning of trash collection and put away that evening, after trash has been collected. Trash containers must be stored in the back or side yard
of the house, behind the fence.

                                                                              Town Ordinance on Blocking Sidewalk

9.04.040 Blocking Streets and Sidewalks: It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons to block a public street or in any way
restrict foot or vehicular traffic on public streets or sidewalks or to trample upon or injure or usurp the rights or property of other persons.
(Ord. 5.17 §3, 1968)

                                                                                           Special or Large Items

If you have any special or large items like furniture or appliances, please call Waste Management at 303-797-1600 to arrange for a special curb side pickup. Customers will be billed separately for special pickups. There may be appliance recyclers available to pickup used appliances at no charge. Construction debris requires a bagster or dumpster.

                                                                                               Other Information
