Annual Meeting of Members & District Delegate Election

 

Description: The MNC Annual Meeting of Members and District Delegate Election will be coming up soon. The meeting will be held two ways. Residents will have the option to attend in-person at The Grange or they can attend the meeting via Zoom. Please note that if you chose to not vote online or by proxy and you still wish to cast your vote for your District Delegate than you would need to do this in-person at The Grange. You would not be able to do this via Zoom. The Annual Meeting of Members & Election of District Delegates occurs once a year. The meeting is open to Meadows Neighborhood Company members/owners. The main reason for the meeting is to elect District Delegates for the following year. The Annual Meeting is usually held in person at The Grange (3692 Meadows Blvd.). This year, the meeting will still be held at The Grange and residents can still attend in person but capacity will be limited due to COVID-19 restrictions. Due to this, we are also offering the meeting over Zoom as well.

Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Homeowners are welcome to provide input, comments, or ask
questions at the beginning of every regular monthly board
meeting during Open Forum.

to request a specific issue to be discussed and put onto the agenda. 

Most Board meetings are held on the first Monday of the month
and in order to accommodate different homeowner schedules,
there are both afternoon and evening meeting times.
