These Guidelines are to help you prior to beginning any improvement on your property. Revisions to the Guidelines are presently being drafted by the ARC. Please note that requests should be submitted to The Grange and not the prior management company for the MNC as noted in this version of the Guidelines.

ARC Meetings are scheduled for the last Wednesday of month. All submittals will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt and a written response will be mailed shortly thereafter to the property address.
Please submit this form along with any plan or supporting information to Russell Haigh at The Grange to be reviewed by the ARC for their review and written response.
