REGISTRATION INFORMATION  

To register for a class, simply click here to register online.  You may also complete the registration form by printing it and then dropping it off with the required payment (payable to The MNC) at The Grange. Click here to open the registration form to print the form.  You may mail your completed registration form and check made payable to The MNC to:

Registrations should be completed at least one week prior to the sched­uled program or class. Please note that the minimum number of students must be reached at least two days prior to the start of the class (unless otherwise noted) or the class will be cancelled.

Registrations are allowed up to and including the first session, however, late registrations are subject to space and supply availability at the discretion of the instructor. Registration forms must be filled out completely and all fees paid at the time of registration before space will be reserved in a program or class.

If you register at the first meeting of the class or program, regis­tration forms and payment must be given to a Grange employee before you may attend the class.  Payment may be made by check, money order, cash or credit card. Please DO NOT send cash by mail. Make all checks payable to The MNC.

Please Register Early. Pre-Registration is required for all classes unless otherwise noted.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Registrations cancelled in writing or by calling The Grange at least one week prior to the start of the scheduled program or class are entitled to a full refund less a 15% processing fee (minimum $5 cancellation fee). Regis­trations cancelled less than one week prior to the start of the pro­grams, classes and activities are not refundable. Eligible refunds will be issued within 30 days of the written request to cancel. Call The Grange at 303.814.2358 for further information.

LIABILITY WAIVERS

Anyone registering for a program or class acknowledges that the activity in which participation is desired may result in injury to the participant. Participants assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property damage that may arise while they or their minor child is participating in such activity and further release The Meadows Neighborhood Company and its officers, employees, agents, and all representatives and sponsors from any liability therefore or contribution of such liability.
