Odette teaches monthly classes at The Grange. With small class sizes and a different menu prepared each time, there is much to be learned and everyone gets to enjoy the finished product.

Odette's Cuisine Cooking Class- February Romantic Love-Birds Menu

Create a special Valentines' dinner for your sweetheart by learning to prepare two Cornish hens with Port sauce, wild rice with cranberries and pine nuts, a green bean side dish, and for dessert of raspberry mousse and also flour-less chocolate cake.

Ages 13+ Saturday, 2/11/12 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Cost: $30 Meadows Resident; $35 non-resident. Register by February 4 and save $3.

This class requires a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 10 may register.

Odette's Cuisine Cooking Class- Parent & Child Spring Baking Class

Parents, bring your child out for a morning of learning how to bake delicious Spring treats. Learn how to create a cupcake decorated with a nest on top filled with candy Easter eggs, practice your decorating skills on sugar cookies, and a delicious tart topped beautifully with fresh fruit. Parents bring your child to the class with you for free! This cooking class is for parents/grandparents and one child, ages 6 years and up.

Age 6+ & Parent Saturday, 3/17/12 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Cost: $30 Meadows Resident; $35 non-resident for one adult and one child. Register by March 10 and save $3. This class requires a minimum of 6 registered parents.

Odette's Cuisine Cooking Class- Spring Brunch Menu

Learn to prepare an impressive Spring brunch featuring a shell of puff-pastry filled with chicken in a cream sauce, a pasta shell stuffed with salmon mousse and basil sauce, a cauliflower polonaise side dish with butter-crumb topping, white chocolate scones with raspberries, and a lemon tart for dessert.

Ages 13+ Saturday, 3/24/12 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Cost: $37 Meadows Resident; $40 non-resident. Register by March 17 and save $3.

This class requires a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 10 may register.

Odette's Cuisine Cooking Class- April Hearty Dinner Menu

Odette will show you how to prepare a warm meal that everyone will enjoy. Learn to prepare Beef Paupiette (beef rolled around a stuffing) with a tomato and a Chardonnay wine sauce, basil mashed potatoes, a carrot and peas with thyme side dish, and apple fritters topped with a cinnamon whipped cream for dessert. Enjoy the fruits of your learning, with a delicious meal at the end.
