In come the tractors and construction crews this September as Bonaventure breaks ground.
Bonaventure Senior Living, based in Oregon, recently received approval from the Town of Castle Rock on the plans for their continuing care campus in The Meadows. The campus will be located at 1855 Low Meadow Boulevard, which is at the intersection of Prairie Hawk Drive and Low Meadow Boulevard, and will have 89 independent living suites, 55 assisted living suites, and 12 memory care suites. The upscale suites feature stylish architecture, high ceilings, ample storage, and use of natural light. Some of the amenities include a coffee shop, library, theatre, salon, fitness center, multi-purpose rooms (arts, crafts, cooking, games, etc.), and even an outdoor gardening area.
Bonaventure Senior Living’s mission is to “provide an exceptional Senior lifestyle through a dedicated and compassionate team, innovative communities and enriched services, that promotes dignity, choice and independence.” What better place to follow through with that mission than right here in The Meadows!
