The Meadows Neighborhood Company (MNC) has
Architectural Guidelines. Before making an exterior change to your home, it is prudent to review the Guidelines and when necessary to submit an Architectural Review Application(ARA). An ARA should be returned to The Grange or via email to along with supporting plans, drawings, photos, brochures or any applicable supporting documentation that would assist when it is reviewed. You may also upload your completed request form and photos by clicking here. The requests are reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Meeting dates are available on the Events Calendar. After the meeting, the ARC's response letter will be mailed to the address on the application.
